House Maintenance

Maintaining your house in Ibiza in top condition is very important. With over 40 years of experience living in Ibiza, we have the little black book of all the reliable companies that can offer services of quality and reliability.

Garden Consultancy

If you are having problems in your garden with insect plagues or plants that are not happy, we can offer a consultancy on why the problems persist, however many of the real problems in the garden can be alleviated with good simple garden design. A weak plant will always collect problems and then transmit them to other plants. We make sure that all plants introduced to the garden are sustainable with the minimum of maintenance and watering requirements. Garden Technical Service – We are not only able to troubleshoot the garden for problems with the plants, we have many years of experience with watering systems and programming. Water pump issues and water quality. Cleaning existing watering systems. Testing the water quality regularly is the key to good water management whether the water comes from the tap or directly from the ground. The hard water of Ibiza needs to be monitored regularly.

Swimming Pools

We have a team of qualified pool technicians that can manage your swimming pools and Jacuzzis. Regular maintenance and cleaning is essential to good water quality and safety. Technical back up service. Discrete early morning service by arrangement.

Laundry and Cleaning

Our housekeeping team never outsource services; they maintain everything in house. The company has it’s own laundry to make sure that all is within the control of the close nit team. The cleaning team has many years of experience previously running a small boutique hotel.

Pot Service

Ian and Jean Luc offer a pot design service for your terrace large or small. All homes have an outside space from penthouses, apartments, villas and mansions that might have a corner that requires a simple or elaborate pot decoration with the appropriate planting. Sunny, shady or windy any position we will find the suitable solution.

Letting Management

The service includes check in and check out for our clients and also the clients of our clients. Key delivery and collection, laundry, cleaning, filling the fridge and airport runs.

Garden Design Consultancy

With a history of design, both Ian & Jean Luc have a very good eye for design and proportion. From a simple redesign of one corner of the garden to a full design project, we have the answers. Choosing the right plant for the position and its conditions is the key to clear garden design. We are conscious of sustainability and use as many autochthonous plants as possible bringing water consumption to a minimum.

Phytosanitary Service

We use many Ecological treatments and use the chemical products when there is no other Eco friendly option. We are qualified and registered formally for the use of chemical treatments within the Consell de Eivissa ROPO scheme. We can offer a protection service against all plagues including the famous Red Weavil (Picudo Rojo) which is attacking so many of our Palm Trees.

Garden Maintenance

We pride ourselves on a high level of all aspects of garden maintenance and presentation that can suit all budgets.

Forestry and High Work

Complying with all safety standards, we are able to climb the highest of the palm trees here in Ibiza to clean and protect. The small seeds from many of the palms have a destructive effect on swimming pools, pumps and terraces. Routine maintenance is essential. Also the pine trees of Ibiza need regular maintenance, a service that we can offer to our clients.

Interior Design

We carry out many different interior and exterior design projects from furniture for a chill out in the garden to a full design project for the interior. Ian and Jean Luc often work together to compare ideas; it often occurs that the outside of the house extends to the interior. Ian working with the exterior and Jean Luc for the interior. Here in Ibiza the doors and windows are open when the sun is out on average over 300 days a year. Your garden furniture and ambience should complement the house itself.
